Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a Resolution "On amendments to the Regulation on assigning special duties to natural gas market entities to ensure public interests in the functioning of the natural gas market".

Ukrnafta, and Naftogaz Group, will perform special obligations on natural gas supply at prices set by the Government.

Therewith, appropriate changes will be made to the Company's Financial Plan and Investment Program.
