The enemy launched dozens of drones at “Ukrnafta’s” facilities: production and rig sites, and the network of gas stations have been hit. Unfortunately, a gas station employee was injured. He is currently in hospital to receive all necessary treatment.

It is for you that we are able to minimise the consequences of the attacks and begin restoring operations at these facilities,” said Bogdan Kukura, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Ukrnafta.” “Ukrnafta continues to operate and fully support the country’s energy security.” 

On the night of Saturday to Sunday, 8–9 August 2026, the russians launched a large-scale attack on the Company’s production facilities in eastern Ukraine. 

At midnight, dozens of UAVs were launched at one of the fields. Fortunately, none of our colleagues were injured. However, significant damage to equipment has been reported. 

Also at midnight, the enemy attacked one of the Company’s rig sites with a drone. There has been damage. Fortunately, everyone is safe. 

On 7 and 8 August, seven petrol stations owned by the UKRNAFTA network in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions came under attack from enemy drones. 

Unfortunately, one of our colleagues was injured in a russian drone strike. He is currently in hospital to receive all necessary care. The Company is providing comprehensive support to ensure he receives treatment. 

The enemy strikes on the gas stations damaged equipment and structures. Operations at one of the gas stations had to be suspended.
