Ukrnafta’s production facilities and gas station network have once again come under Russian attack. The enemy is deliberately targeting civilian facilities of Ukraine’s fuel and energy sector: overnight, Russian drones struck seven Ukrnafta facilities involved in oil and gas production.

 

“The enemy continues to systematically attack civilian infrastructure that supports hydrocarbon production and the daily lives of the population. These strikes serve no military purpose and are aimed solely at terrorising people,” said Bogdan Kukura, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Ukrnafta”.

 

Fortunately, none of our colleagues were injured. However, the attacks caused significant damage to equipment critical to the company’s operations. Some of the equipment was completely destroyed. Given the critical need to maintain production, recovery work began as soon as the security situation allowed.

 

The UKRNAFTA network also remains under attack: over the past 24 hours, Russian UAVs of various types have targeted four UKRNAFTA gas stations in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk region. Fortunately, no one was injured, although damage to the gas stations has been recorded.

 

Despite the attacks, Ukrnafta continues to maintain stable production levels and provide people with high-quality fuel.
