Ukrnafta's security service uncovers corruption within the company

Ukrnafta combats internal misconduct: in collaboration with the police, corrupt enrichment was prevented.

On February 26, the company's internal security service, in coordination with the National Police of Ukraine, conducted investigative and operational actions that resulted in documentation of an employee receiving illicit gains.

"I have consistently emphasized and will continue to do so that Ukrnafta maintains zero tolerance for corruption. Therefore, I express gratitude to everyone who reports even the slightest instances of misconduct and abuse of power to our hotline, either directly or anonymously. Each report is thoroughly investigated, and the perpetrators are and will be brought to justice. It's important to highlight that our internal security service is continuously working to prevent corruption within the company through regular checks. We will transparently and prominently share the results of these efforts," stated Sergii Koretskyi, CEO at UKRNAFTA.

This marks the second instance of Ukrnafta's successful whistleblowing initiatives in cooperation with law enforcement.

The company urges anyone with information about instances of misconduct to reach out by phone at 0 800 212 237 or by e-mail at[email protected].
