First and foremost, Ukrnafta is its people — professionals across a wide range of trades and specialisms, whose day-to-day work drives the company’s results and strengthens the country’s energy resilience.
To mark Oil, Gas and Oil Refining Industry Workers’ Day, colleagues from across the company were honoured with awards from Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy and the Verkhovna Rada.
Among those recognised are specialists who have restored facilities after enemy attacks, improved production processes, introduced technical solutions, and kept the company running steadily in difficult conditions.

Serhii Bohdan — Electric and Gas Welder
Vadym Borysenko — Senior Design Engineer
Liliana Marunchak — Supervisor, Steam and Water Supply Section

It’s a clear reminder of just how varied the work within a single company can be — and how important every specialist’s role is within their own field.
We congratulate our colleagues and wish them continued strong results in their work.
