On 19 March 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in Okhtyrka, the privatization object currently put on the balance of the “Okhtyrkanaftogaz” OGPD of JSC “Ukrnafta” will be presented. 

The privatisation object consists of built-in non-residential premises of the former dental clinic (No. 1–24) with a total area of 353.8 square metres, located on the ground floor of a five-story residential building at  96 Kyivska Street, Okhtyrka, Sumy Region. Access to the premises is via a separate entrance or an additional (emergency) exit. 

The property is suitable for use as an office, store, etc. It might be converted into residential premises and utilities might be connected, including central heating, gas, electricity, and water supply. 

The surrounding area is landscaped, and the access road is paved. 

The property has not been used for over 10 years. 

The auction for the sale of the proposed privatisation object will be held on 6 April 2026. 

Starting price is UAH 3,531,400.00 (net of VAT).
