Under the Resolution of the AMCU, the defendants were fined a total of UAH 9,228,859.

Furthermore, under the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement,” the right of PRODMET LLC and STEELS UKRAINE LLC to participate in public procurement has been revoked for three years.

The Economic Security Department of JSC “Ukrnafta” continues to closely monitor procurement and will submit relevant statements to the AMCU regarding possible violations of the legislation on the economic competition protection if any are identified.

The Company calls on the bidders to comply with the fair competition principles participating in procurement processes.
