The Company is announcing a commercial procurement of long-term rail tank car leasing services.

 

We are accepting bids for two items:

 

• steam-jacketed tank cars for carrying heavy petroleum products

• tank cars without steam jackets for carrying light and heavy petroleum products.

 

Services are to be provided in Ukraine.

 

Bids are open from 23 September until 15:00 on 14 October 2026.
