The Department for the Implementation of Powers in the Sumy Region of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Poltava and Sumy Regions has announced an auction for the sale of a small-scale privatisation asset — separate property — the premises of a former dental clinic at 96 Kyivska Street, Okhtyrka, Sumy region. The property is on the books of the “Okhtyrkanaftogaz” OGPD of JSC “Ukrnafta”.

 

The privatisation asset comprises built-in non-residential premises of the former dental clinic (Nos. 1–24) with a total area of 353.8 sq m, located on the ground floor of a five-storey residential building.

 

The building was commissioned in 1991. It has a concrete strip foundation and plinth. The walls and partitions are of white brick, plastered, painted and partly faced with ceramic tiles. The floor slabs are precast reinforced concrete. The flooring is concrete, laid with linoleum and, in places, ceramic tiles. The windows and internal doors are wooden; the entrance doors are metal. The premises are accessed via a separate entrance or via an additional (emergency) exit.

 

Utilities: electricity supply, centralised heating, water supply, sewerage and gas supply systems.

 

The surrounding grounds are landscaped and the access road is asphalted.

 

The property has been out of use for more than 10 years.

 

Auction format: auction with a reduction of the starting price.

Starting price: UAH 1,765,700.00 (net of VAT).

 

Deadline for submission of bids: 28 September 2026.
