The independent Supervisory Board of PJSC «Ukrnafta» has appointed Yurii Tkachuk, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, as Acting Director of Ukrnafta.

He will temporarily assume leadership of the company until the Supervisory Board makes a decision regarding the termination of the current director's powers. With a strong command of PJSC’s «Ukrnafta» internal operations and strategic direction, Yurii Tkachuk brings deep expertise and continuity to the role.

His extensive professional experience will ensure stable management, uninterrupted operations, and the effective execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.
