Based on the results of the first half of 2025, JSC "Ukrnafta" received a net profit of UAH 5.2 billion.

The results of JSC “Ukrnafta” activities were included in the consolidated interim financial statements of NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” for the six months that ended 30 June 2025. @KPMG is auditing the consolidated interim financial statements of @Naftogaz of Ukraine, within the framework of which PJSC “KPMG Audit” has reviewed procedures related to the financial information of JSC “Ukrnafta.”

During the same period, UAH 14.8 billion was paid into the budget in taxes, fees, and customs duties, and UAH 5 billion was transferred in dividends.

Since the Company transitioned to state control in 2022, a total of UAH 68.1 billion has been paid in taxes, fees, and customs duties, and UAH 15.3 billion in dividends.
