Since the beginning of 2023, the company has been functioning as a procuring entity in accordance with the law on public procurement. It has commenced the complete implementation of all the procedures outlined in this law, including the use of the state procurement system Prozorro, in strict compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

Ukrnafta is purchasing equipment for extraction, oilfield services and stimulation, as well as equipment required for technological processes, implementing international standards of The American Petroleum Institute to replace outdated Soviet, Russian and Belarusian industry approaches.
