Ukrnafta has embarked on the rebranding of Glusco filling stations, following their acquisition as per the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
This rebranding exercise involves 83 stations within this network. All these stations have already started accepting NAFTACard and Ukrnafta coupons.
In the forthcoming period, the company plans to introduce the rest of its services at these stations, including a mobile application.
The rebranding process for Glusco filling stations is projected to be completed by April.
As a point of reference, on March 14, 2024, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved the merger with Glusco. Subsequently, on March 15, Ukrnafta and the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) signed the transfer acceptance certificates.
The state is set to receive 90% of the net profit, with the remaining 10% serving as a management fee. Regardless of profit, Ukrnafta will make a minimum monthly guarantee payment of UAH 7 million.
