The UKRNAFTA gas station network continues to expand its multichannel customer services and increase performance.
“Today, the state-owned network ranks among the top three in Ukraine by throughput,” noted Yurii Tkachuk, Acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Ukrnafta”. “Modernisation is ongoing: new convenience stores are opening, the product range is being expanded, and equipment is being upgraded. I would like to thank the UKRNAFTA team for its consistent development, which ensures the best modern customer experience.”
Non-fuel sales in the first half of 2025 increased by almost 75% compared with the same period in 2024. By product group: hot and cold beverages +100%, hot dogs +50%, UKRNAFTA’s own-brand window washer +80%, and original AdBlue +35%.
More than 8,300 customers are already using UKRNAFTA fuel cards and vouchers. Since 2023, when the company launched its own B2B programme, 170,000 cards have been issued, accepted at 1,503 gas stations – both UKRNAFTA-operated and partner sites.
The UKRNAFTA mobile application, launched at the end of 2023, now has 1.5 million active users and ranks among the top apps in Play Market and App Store. It is currently being downloaded by 3,000–4,000 users every day.
