UKRNAFTA and Diia launch nationwide “Shevchenko Days” campaign

UKRNAFTA’s gas-station network and the Diia app are rolling out a joint “Shevchenko Days” initiative, bringing together modern digital services and Ukraine’s cultural heritage. The campaign will run from 9 to 12 March across all stations in the network.

The concept centres on a simple but symbolic check: whether a customer’s details in the Diia app match Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko’s data by first name, surname, place of registration or place of study.

Where a match is found, participants will receive gifts from UKRNAFTA, including hot drinks, hot dogs and doughnuts.

UKRNAFTA and Diia say the initiative shows that Ukrainian culture can be expressed in a contemporary way while remaining part of everyday life. Through technology, simple actions and interactive formats, it continues to be recognisable and close to millions of people.

In this way, cultural memory is kept alive and passed on — in new forms, but with the same meaning.
