Security officers of PJSC “Ukrnafta” discovered the fact of illegal interference with the company's oil pipeline used to transport oil from the Strilbytske oil field (Starosambirska ATC, Lviv region).

The unauthorized tie-in was made using a metal ball valve and a hose of 20 meters. At the end of the plastic pipe, another ball valve was installed to load oil into vehicles. 

The company's security team promptly took all the necessary measures. A police investigative team arrived at the scene and recorded the interference. Measures are currently being taken to calculate the losses incurred and identify the persons involved in the crime.

PJSC “Ukrnafta” continues to protect the company's infrastructure and cooperates with law enforcement agencies to prevent similar incidents.
