PJSC "MC "Ukrnaftoburinnya" officially starts resuming its operations.

The State Service for Geology and Subsoil has issued an order invalidating the previous order that revoked the company's special permit.

"Now the team of PJSC "MC "Ukrnaftoburinnya" is starting to work on putting all the equipment into operation as safely and efficiently as possible and launching natural gas production," said Sergii Koretskyi, CEO at UKRNAFTA. - "I am grateful to everyone who believed in the inevitability of justice and fought to return the resource to the state — especially the legal team of PJSC "MC "Ukrnaftoburinnya", ARMA and PJSC "Ukrnafta".

As a reminder, on December 01, 2023, the production of PJSC "MC "Ukrnaftoburinnya" was suspended by a court decision on the lawsuit filed by the State Service for Geology and Subsoil. On July 06, 2024, the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal issued a decision that allowed unblocking the resource needed to get through the winter.
