JSC "Ukrnafta" invites potential market participants to a preliminary discussion of the draft terms of reference and the main terms of the contract for the provision of services in Retail Media on the UKRNAFTA gas stations network.

The preliminary discussion aims to receive professional suggestions, comments, and recommendations from potential market participants to finalise the terms of reference, terms of the future contract, and form an optimal cooperation model.

It provides for the organisation of technical support and commercial development of Retail Media at the UKRNAFTA gas station network.

We invite potential participants to discuss:

1. Project Terms of Reference - proposed technical solutions, requirements for equipment, CMS, SLA, and Organisation of Retail Media work.

2. Draft Contract - terms of cooperation, distribution of liability of the parties, investments, terms, commercial model, and other essential conditions.

3. Qualification Requirements - their validity, sufficiency, and the possibility of confirming the relevant experience by potential participants.

4. Commercial Model - proposals for an optimal mechanism to monetise advertising inventory and distribute revenue between the parties.

5. Other Future-Procurement Aspects, which, in the opinion of potential participants, should be considered in the tender documents.

Discussion Participation

Potential participants are invited to familiarise with the draft Terms of Reference and the main terms of the future contract and provide their suggestions, comments, and recommendations.

Suggestions, comments, and recommendations will be discussed at the online meeting scheduled for 16 September.

Based on the discussion results, the customer reserves the right to take into account the received proposals, finalising the terms of reference, draft contract, and terms of future procurement.
