In 2023, Ukrnafta successfully paid dividends amounting to UAH 3.5 billion to Naftogaz of Ukraine,

thereby fulfilling its dividend obligations based on the year’s operations.

Serhiy Koretsky, Director of PJSC Ukrnafta, announced, “Approximately UAH 8 billion has been transferred to the accounts and depositories of our state shareholders, which include the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and Naftogaz of Ukraine. Our company is committed to supporting the country’s economy and working towards victory.”

It’s worth noting that in 2023, Ukrnafta also contributed UAH 25.7 billion in taxes and duties to budgets at all levels.
