Ukrnafta's production in February amounted to 113 ktonnes of oil and condensate

According to the operational data, in February 2021 Ukrnafta produced 112.5 ktonnes of oil and condensate and 81.6 million m3 of gas. Average daily production of oil and condensate amounted to 4.02 thousand tons, and gas - 2.91 million m3. Compared to January 2021, these indicators increased by 0.8% for oil and condensate and decreased by 1% for gas. Compared to the indicators of February 2020, the average daily oil production decreased by 5.4%, and the production of natural gas - by 10.5%.

Ukrnafta met its oil and gas production targets in February. In doing so, the company managed to more than triple the rate of natural decline in oil production and reduce the rate of natural decline in gas production, which is associated with a high degree of depletion of the company's main fields.

The main focus is on operational efficiency when working with the existing well stock: transition to new productive horizons, optimization of capital and current repairs of prospective wells, replacement of critically worn-out equipment. In February Ukrnafta completed 9 capital workovers, brought 9 wells out of inactivity, carried out 4 intensification operations and performed 4 operations with coiled tubing unit without a workover crew.
