"Ukrnafta" has paid over UAH 75 billion in taxes and UAH 15.3 billion in dividends to the State since it came under state control in 2022. Yuriy Tkachuk, acting Chairman of the Board of JSC "Ukrnafta" announced on the sidelines of the IX Kyiv Oil and Gas Newfolk Conference. 

“In nine months of 2025, the Company paid UAH 22.5 billion in taxes and UAH 5 billion in dividends,” said Yuriy Tkachuk. “I would like to thank the entire Ukrnafta's team of 20,000 people who ensure stable production, network development, research, and innovation even in the time of trial.” 

The Company is developing despite the war challenges and is making a significant contribution to the reconstruction of the Ukrainian energy system, damaged by Russian attacks. 

Ukrnafta is currently creating a new important direction, gas to power. 

The Сompany's portfolio includes over 400 MW of distributed generation projects, implemented jointly with the EBRD and with grant support from the Governments of Sweden, Norway, Germany, and the Netherlands.
