JSC “Ukrnafta” is launching a new commercial procurement process for road transportation services for light petroleum products to supply its gas station network across Ukraine.
The procurement is being conducted in response to the expansion of the gas station network and growing sales volumes of petroleum products.
Under the procurement process, the company plans to enter into long-term contracts for up to five years, providing for the stable engagement of road vehicles for petroleum product transportation.
Key terms of cooperation:
• guaranteed planned mileage of 8,000 km per month per vehicle
• stable transport routes across Ukraine
• a transparent tariff-setting mechanism taking into account market changes in fuel prices, wages and inflation indicators
• timely payment in accordance with contract terms
The long-term nature of the cooperation will allow participants to plan their operations and invest in fleet expansion. The cooperation format also takes into account the possibility of financing the acquisition of new vehicles.
The commercial procurement process will be conducted in two stages:
• qualification selection
• price stage (auction)
Proposals may be submitted until 3 May 2026 via the Zakupivli.pro electronic platform.
