Ukrnafta is helping its employees, defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces. In six months of 2025 alone, the Company allocated over UAH 127 million to support:
∙ UAH 118 million – to pay salaries to mobilised employees
∙ UAH 1.25 million – to help the wounded
∙ individual support – to the families of deceased and demobilised colleagues.
"Our colleagues are defending the country on the front lines, returning after service, raising children, and keeping the energy sector running. It is crucial that each of them and their families feel support and care," Yuriy Tkachuk, acting Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukrnafta, said.
900 company employees are defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces. Over 500 veterans have already returned and work every day for the country's energy security.
The Side-by-Side Programme, launched in 2023, helps mobilised employees and veterans adapt after service and receive financial, legal, and psychological assistance. The Company also cares for the families of the fallen heroes, as they remain forever part of the large Ukrnafta's oil and gas family.
