Fuel sales at Alliance Holding gas stations rise by 118% under the UKRNAFTA brand

Alliance Holding gas stations, which previously operated under the Shell brand and are now part of UKRNAFTA, Ukraine’s largest gas station network, continue to demonstrate strong growth.

In January–May 2026, fuel sales at these stations increased by 118% compared with the same period last year.

Average throughput per gas station rose from 2.3 thousand litres per day to around 6 thousand litres, reflecting growing customer confidence and the effectiveness of the network’s integration.

Sales of non-fuel products are also increasing:

hot drinks — +16%

hot dogs — +26%

windscreen washer fluid — +73%

AdBlue — +166%

In less than a year after the acquisition, all 118 gas stations were integrated into the UKRNAFTA ecosystem: rebranded, brought into line with unified service standards, and connected to the network’s loyalty programme and operating processes.

The result has been steady growth in performance, customer trust and an even stronger UKRNAFTA presence in Ukraine’s fuel market.

The company continues to develop its network, service offering and the standards expected by millions of Ukrainians.
