Ukrnafta Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Japan’s MAYEKAWA to Advance Modernisation and Energy Efficiency

JSC “Ukrnafta” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan’s MAYEKAWA, further expanding its international partnerships and bringing global expertise to the modernisation of its production facilities.

The Memorandum provides a framework for cooperation in advancing the parties’ strategic objectives in energy efficiency and decarbonisation, exploring opportunities to develop joint projects.

“We have agreed to work together to advance our strategic objectives in energy efficiency and decarbonisation while exploring opportunities to develop joint projects,” said Bohdan Kukura, Chairman of the Board of Ukrnafta.

“Cooperation with MAYEKAWA will support the further modernisation of Ukrnafta’s production facilities and enable us to leverage international expertise to advance the development of Ukraine’s oil and gas sector.”
