UKRNAFTA introduces eReceipt: what it means for customers

UKRNAFTA, Ukraine’s largest gas station network, is the first to join the eReceipt pilot project.

What eReceipt is:

• digital access to a fiscal receipt

• it is available when you pay by card at a gas station or in the store

• the receipt is stored in the state accounting system

• the customer can view it in their bank’s mobile app

The service takes convenience up a notch: customers no longer need to keep stacks of paper receipts to track spending, return goods or claim warranty service. Everything is available in a few taps.

The state digital-receipt service is being rolled out by Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Service and the National Bank of Ukraine, with support from Mastercard.

For now, eReceipt is available to customers of PrivatBank, FUIB, VST Bank and Monobank when visiting UKRNAFTA gas stations.
