The Supervisory Board of PJSC Ukrnafta has fixed the date of the annual shareholder meeting for 18 May 2017.

Besides, the Supervisory Board took a decision about liquidation of a number of minor units of Ukrnafta upon the recommendation of the management, as part of the ongoing program to restructure and modernize the company. It is expected that the management’s other proposal for restructuring of the company’s drilling units will be considered at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board.
