Construction of three exploration wells in western Ukraine has already commenced. We are currently preparing the site for drilling, which will be launched in March. The work will be carried out sequentially, contingent on the outcomes of drilling the preceding wells.
 
The construction is being carried out by a partner, Navigator LLC, which was selected as the contractor as a result of bidding on the state-owned Prozorro platform.
 
"The wells are designed with depth ranging from 1102 to 1211 meters to reach the productive horizons of the Stryian deposits," said Sergii Koretskyi, CEO at UKRNAFTA. - "The total initial production rate of all three facilities is planned at 80 tons of oil per day.
 
Overall, in 2024, the company plans to start construction of 30 new wells, both with its own drilling rigs and with the help of contractors.
