Changes to the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrnafta

Following the shareholder's decision, the State's representative on the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrnafta, appointed through the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, has been replaced. Ivan Turchak has been appointed to the Supervisory Board, succeeding Liudmyla Darahan as the Ministry's representative. 

Ivan Turchak serves as State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and has extensive experience in public administration. He previously held senior positions at JSC Ukrposhta, the Kyiv Regional State Administration and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, where he served as Head of the Patronage Service to the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation, before being appointed State Secretary. 

Timothy Dodson, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrnafta, thanked Liudmyla Darahan for her contribution and welcomed Ivan Turchak to the Board.

Bogdan Kukura, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JSC Ukrnafta, emphasised the importance of close cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
