The Supervisory Board of PJSC 'Ukrnafta' held a meeting earlier today, with participation of the representatives of NAK 'Naftogaz Ukraine' and minority shareholders. All members of the Supervisory Board in attendance have expressed agreement on the necessity to convene the general meeting of shareholders of Ukrnafta. The meeting was adjourned for procedural reasons. The decision on this matter will be made next week.

 

The Supervisory Board has taken into consideration the information about financial performance of the company and approved the management's proposal for to liquidate 3 non-production units as part of the internal reorganizations of Ukrnafta. It is expected that the issues of reorganization of the company's drilling units will be considered after further consultations.
