UKRNAFTA, the largest gas station network in Ukraine, provides quality fuel and convenient service for millions of Ukrainians, with around 3 million regular customers choosing the state-owned company’s gas stations. 

Today, fuel is an essential element of critical mobility for private transport, logistics, emergency services, energy resilience and the uninterrupted operation of businesses. In these conditions, product quality, price, security of supply, reliability and the breadth of the network are all crucial. 

This is the approach guiding UKRNAFTA’s operations today. The number of customers — and, accordingly, users of the UKRNAFTA loyalty programme and mobile app — continues to grow steadily, reflecting rising trust built on everyday experience and confidence in the quality of the fuel. 

All fuel sold at UKRNAFTA gas stations meets the Euro 5 standard or higher, with a balanced level of impurities, compliance with environmental requirements, cleaner combustion, stable vehicle performance and more predictable day-to-day operation. 

Fuel for the network is supplied from Europe, the Middle East and the United States. This diversification of supply helps ensure stability and uninterrupted operations. 

The UKRNAFTA gas station network continues to expand and modernise, with an increasing number of newly rebranded sites joining the network. 

In addition to millions of retail customers, UKRNAFTA also supplies businesses and public-sector entities, ranging from logistics companies, agricultural producers and retailers to emergency services and energy operators. 

Its largest customers include the National Police of Ukraine, Ukrainian Railways, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service, the State Border Guard Service, the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine, Ukrposhta and Kyivteploenergo. 

A separate area of fuel support is military personnel. Through the Pluses programme in the Army+ app, service personnel receive special discounts on fuel, as well as on café and shop products at gas stations. Since the programme was launched, they have already saved up to UAH 130 million on fuel.
