During the monitoring of procurement procedures with an expected value of over UAH 76 million, specialists of the Economic Security Department of PJSC “Ukrnafta” identified signs that may indicate that the bidders have committed a violation of the legislation on protection of economic competition under paragraph 4 Article 6(2), paragraph 1 of Article 50 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Economic Competition” in the form of anticompetitive concerted actions related to the distortion of bidding results. 

PJSC “Ukrnafta” calls on the participants of the current and future procurement procedures to promote fair competition and not to commit any illegal actions that may have a negative impact on competition.”
