As it was planned, the process of accepting applications from potential partners for the joint development of 21 fields was completed on March 11, 2024.

Currently, the process of studying the proposals, its evaluation and determining the winners for each separate field for the subsequent negotiations is underway. Pre-agreed terms of Production Sharing Agreements will be finally approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

However, considering the interest of investors, the Company decided to extend the application deadline for 4 (four) fields until April 8, 2024.
