The U.Go gas station network, which comprises 21 gas stations in Kharkiv and Poltava regions, is gradually being brought under the UKRNAFTA brand. Rebranding is already under way.
From 1 April 2026, the first two gas stations in the network will begin operating under the UKRNAFTA brand.
The cooperation provides for the introduction of the unified UKRNAFTA brand and service standards, the integration of customer services, including the mobile app, loyalty programmes and NaftaPAY, as well as the standardisation of approaches to network operations.
“Mutually beneficial partnership between two companies within Naftogaz Group is another step towards improving the efficiency of state asset management. It enables us to strengthen internal synergy and achieve results more quickly that are important for the country’s energy resilience,” said Naftogaz Group Chief Executive Officer Sergii Koretskyi.
“Expanding the network through partnership models makes it possible to scale up UKRNAFTA’s presence in key regions more quickly and provide customers with quality fuel and service,” said Bogdan Kukura, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Ukrnafta”.
“We are consolidating infrastructure and introducing unified standards for the state-owned network. This is a logical step for Naftogaz Group companies that reinforce one another. The key element in this cooperation is synergy,” said Yurii Tkachuk, Chief Executive Officer of JSC “Ukrgasvydobuvannya”.
The UKRNAFTA network will number nearly 700 gas stations and will remain the largest gas station network in Ukraine.
