By incorporating a cutting-edge ERP system from a Ukrainian IT-Enterprise vendor, Ukrnafta continues its extensive digital transformation. The objective is to improve operational efficiency and transparency, notably in the Company's retail division, by automating all significant business processes.

To date, the corporate information system has more than 6,000 users connected, and the 545-station UKRNAFTA filling network has been successfully integrated.

Payroll and HR record automation marked the beginning of the process. More complicated tasks followed, such as managing the logistics of petroleum products and digitising the filling network's operational procedures. The implementation of end-to-end accounting for fuels, lubricants, and excise tax accounting was one of the major turning points.

From the time it enters the warehouse until the customer's vehicle is refuelled, ERP enables us to track each litre of fuel. According to Andriy Bobrov, IT Director of Ukrnafta, this increases the precision of logistics planning, optimises tank balance control, and allows forecasting the demands of filling stations for both fuel and non-fuel products.

Fast reporting is one of the main advantages of the new system. Transparency is greatly increased, and business management becomes simpler by the automatic, nearly real-time feeding of data on all transactions into different system modules.

Ukrnafta keeps adding features to the ERP system, establishing a unified digital environment to manage all business operations. This is another step towards a technologically sophisticated, transparent, and efficient future.
