The Supervisory Board and management of Ukrnafta have updated the goals for 2025

Last week in Kyiv, the Supervisory Board of Ukrnafta heard the report of the top management for 2024. They summarized the results and updated the goals for 2025.

The Company's net profit in 2024 amounted to UAH 16.4 billion. The Company is actively developing, increasing its key performance indicators and strengthening new areas of the energy business.

“The professional work of the team, reflected in the results of the Company's two-year activity, and the highest standards of corporate governance were the key factors in launching successful cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - EUR 80 million loan and EUR 44 million grants for modern gas generation,” - said Sergii Koretskyi, CEO at Ukrnafta. - Grant assistance from the governments of Sweden and Norway in the amount of almost EUR 75 million also demonstrates the trust of our partners in the state-owned enterprise.”

The key strategic goals remain unchanged: expanding the resource base, increasing oil and gas production, increasing wholesale and retail sales of petroleum products, and developing new areas of the energy business.

The common goal of the Supervisory Board and management is to ensure three key components of Ukrnafta's operations:

• Sustainability - the Company must be resilient to changes and challenges of the time;

• Profitability - the Company must generate profits and be profitable for shareholders;

• Growth - the Company must grow and develop.
