Today at the meeting of the Supervisory Board, 3 new members of Ukrnafta’s Executive Board were appointed. It’s the another step of the Uknafta’s Executive Board renewal, as it was promised  by the company’s Chairman of the Executive Board Mark Rollins, when he assumed office back in September 2015.

The position of Executive Vice President for Social & Sustainability was taken by Genadiy Radchenko who has been working for Nestle Ukraine as Head of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications, Member of the Board of Directors in Ukraine and Moldova and Member of the Supervisory Board in Ukraine. Our business is facing difficult times, considering world oil prices and we have an extensive program of reform to execute over the coming months”, said Mark Rollins, Ukrnafta’s Executive Chairman.

As soon as new members get proper documents, they will take up their duties.
