Ukrnafta continues to roll out liquid chemicals’ dosing systems in its oil and gas wells.
These are automatic chemicals’ dosing systems with capillary tubing, which allow reagents to be injected directly into the wellbore and more effective impact on operating regime.
The systems are equipped with remote control of surface pumping equipment and well pressure monitoring, which allows for real-time control of parameters and a rapid response to changes in well operating conditions.
“Such solutions are standard in the modern petroleum industry, as they help improve the reliability of the wells and reduce the number of downtimes,” said Bohdan Kukura, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Ukrnafta.” “To date, 115 such systems have been purchased, of which 112 have already been installed and commissioned. We will continue to scale up these solutions in 2026.”
Introduction results:
∙ reduction in the corrosive impact on downhole well equipment
∙ reduction in the risk of salt and paraffin depositing
∙ stabilisation of gas well operations
∙ extension of the time between workovers.
The result is less downtime and more efficient operation of the wells.
