Today the Supervisory Board of PJSC Ukrnafta approved the employment contract of Mark Rollins and also assigned the Chairman of Supervisory Board Andriy Koboliev to sign it. After the Meeting finished Mark Rollins and Andriy Koboliev signed the employment contract. It is the final step in the appointment process. The new Chairman has a range of important issues to solve, including to pay the debt to the state budget and to improve the economic condition of PJSC Ukrnafta.
Mr. Rollins has already had several meetings with the company management, he discussed the priority directions and presented his vision of the company development. “My main aim at this position is to stimulate the efficient work PJSC Ukrnafta. Currently it is vital to stop negative tendencies, stabilize the situation and to attract investments into Ukrainian oil production”, — commented Mark Rollins on his appointment.
The new Chairman of Board is a professional in oil and gas industry, his overall experience at executive positions is over 25 years. Before joining the team of PJSC Ukrnafta he worked for leading oil and gas companies, such as Shell and BG Group. Mark Rollins has a Master’s degree in mathematics from Cambridge University and holds a doctorate of Engineering Sciences from Oxford University.
