On January 27, 2016 media spread information that in December 2015 representatives of PJSC Ukrnafta had unlawfully interfered work of SES department, and had prevented the enforcement of a court decision by coordinating actions of the servicing bank.

This information, spread in the media, is entirely untrue.  The information of the referenced letter from so called «The International human rights committee» is not correct. It can be proved by the letter from the Enforcement Department of SES.

Apart from this, PJSC Ukrnafta informs media about the following:

In August 2015 the Economic Court of Ukraine in Kyiv did take the decision to recover funds from PJSC Ukrnafta in favor of Interbusinessconsult, which had earlier filed a claim under the agreement with the Russian company-lender of PJSC Ukrnafta. In the opinion of PJSC Ukrnafta, the court decision was taken with violation of laws, as the dispute had to be considered in International Commercial Arbitration and claims were not justified.

However, as of December 2015 the court decision was executed, despite the fact PJSC Ukrnafta continues appealing against it in the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.
