Ukrnafta signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the State Employment Center. The primary objective is to foster the development of human capital, facilitate citizens employment, and preserve the nation's workforce. 

The full-scale war has changed the labor market in the country. Millions of Ukrainians stood up to defend the state, were forced to go abroad or were internally displaced. The top priority for the development of any enterprise today is people. 

Ukrnafta has many vacancies in various professional areas. The company is in need of specialists to work on drilling rigs, gas station operators and cashiers, mechanics, drivers, accountants, logistics managers, etc. 

The cooperation will enable the SEC to increase the number of offers for job seekers. For Ukrnafta, this is another step towards developing the company's human resources and attracting new specialists.  

The State Employment Center will be responsible for selecting candidates for the company's existing openings. It is also planned to hold joint events to attract candidates and create conditions for retraining and professional development of staff.
