In 2025, UKRNAFTA focused on expanding its network and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of its gas stations amid wartime risks.

“The Company has fully completed the rebranding of the acquired network, which previously operated under the Shell brand. All gas stations have been integrated into UKRNAFTA’s single operating system and now operate under unified service and customer-comfort standards,” said Bogdan Kukura, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Ukrnafta”. “Over the year, 115 new convenience stores were opened at our gas stations, replacing the outdated kiosk format. This has allowed us to expand the range of goods and services and improve the efficiency of retail space.”

In response to attacks on energy infrastructure and regular power outages, 374 UKRNAFTA gas stations are operating as Points of Resilience. They provide people with fuel for vehicles and generators, electricity, warmth, the ability to charge devices, and to stay connected. All stations in the network are equipped with generators and can operate autonomously during outages.
