The Division for Ensuring the Exercise of Powers in Sumy Region of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for Poltava and Sumy Regions has announced an auction for the sale of a small privatisation asset — a standalone property — the premises of a former dental clinic located at: 96 Kyivska Street, Okhtyrka, Sumy Region. The property is on the balance sheet of “Okhtyrkanaftogaz” OGPD of JSC “Ukrnafta”.

The privatisation asset comprises built-in non-residential premises of the former dental clinic (Rooms 1–24) with a total floor area of 353.8 sq m, located on the ground floor of a five-storey residential building.

The building was commissioned in 1991. It has a reinforced-concrete strip foundation and plinth. The walls and partitions are of white brick, plastered and painted, with sections finished in ceramic tiles. The floor slabs are precast reinforced-concrete panels. The floors are concrete, finished with linoleum and, in places, ceramic tiles. The windows and internal doors are wooden; the entrance door is metal. Access is via a separate entrance or via an additional (emergency) exit.

Utilities include electricity, central heating, water supply, sewerage and gas supply.

The surrounding area is maintained, and the access road is asphalted.

The premises have been unused for more than 10 years.
