The Department of Ensuring the Implementation of Powers in Sumy region of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Poltava and Sumy regions announced an auction for the sale of a small-scale privatization object − a separate property − a built-in room of a former dental clinic with an area of 353.8 sq. m., located on the first floor of a five-story residential building in Okhtyrka at 96, Kyivska Street. The object is on the balance sheet of the Okhtyrkanaftogaz Oil and Gas Production Department of the Ukrnafta PJSC.

The object of privatization includes the built-in non-residential premises of the former dental clinic with a total area of 353.8 sq. m., located on the first floor of a five-story residential building. The commissioning year − 1991. The building has a concrete strip foundation and basement, walls and partitions are made of white brick, plastered, painted, partially lined with ceramic tiles; floors – precast reinforced concrete slabs; floor – concrete, linoleum and partially ceramic tiles are laid on it; windows and interior doors are made of wood; entrance doors are made of metal. The entrance to the premises can be made from a separate entrance or through an additional (emergency) exit. Engineering support – electricity supply, centralized heating, water supply, sewerage and gas supply systems.
