The UKRNAFTA filling station chain increased non-fuel sales by 74% in 2023.
A modern filling station is more than just a location on the highway or in the city where you can refuel your vehicle with high-quality fuel. It's a destination where you can enjoy aromatic coffee, take a break, and grab a bite to eat. Hence, PJSC Ukrnafta is introducing new services for motorists.
In 2023, the number of non-fuel receipts surged by 53%, reaching nearly 4.6 million (compared to less than 3 million in 2022).
Monetary turnover saw a 74% increase.
In total, the UKRNAFTA retail chain sold 8.95 million units of non-fuel products last year. This is 64% more than a year earlier.
The conversion rate, representing the ratio between non-fuel and fuel receipts, increased by 70% rising from 0.14 to 0.23.
Ukrnafta's objective is to achieve a one-to-one ratio in fuel and non-fuel sales. This year, the team of the Non-Fuel Sales Department will continue to modernize and develop the network to ensure that the company's customers not only receive high-quality Euro 5 fuel, but also have access to all the goods and services they need on the road.
