In an effort to support the power system during a challenging period, Ukrnafta has initiated restrictions on the use of air conditioners and outdoor lighting.
The entire nation is currently grappling with electricity shortages, a crisis triggered by significant damage to Ukraine’s power grid as a result of Russian shelling.
In response to the emergency situation in the energy system, brought about by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has mandated state-owned companies to implement energy-saving measures within their premises.
Specifically, these measures include limiting the use of air conditioners and outdoor lighting of buildings and the surrounding area.
In line with these directives, Ukrnafta had previously reduced energy consumption at its filling stations during evening hours.
