During a procurement monitoring process, specialists from Ukrnafta’s Economic Security Department identified signs of coordinated behavior that eliminated healthy competition. As a result, the bidding process, which involved a total amount of UAH 2,514,958, was tainted by collusion, leading to no price reduction.

Consequently, the procurement had to be canceled.
