The Department for the Implementation of Powers in the Sumy Region of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Poltava and Sumy Regions has announced an auction for the sale of a small privatisation object, separate property, the premises of the former dental clinic, located at 96 Kyivska Street, Okhtyrka, Sumy Region. The property is put on the balance of the Okhtyrkanaftogaz Production Division of JSC “Ukrnafta.”

The privatisation object consists of built-in non-residential premises of the former dental clinic (Nos. 1–24) with a total acreage of 353.8 square metres, located on the ground floor of a five-story residential building.

The building was commissioned in 1991. It has a concrete strip foundation and a basement. The walls and partitions are constructed of white brick, plastered, painted, and partially tiled with ceramic tiles. The floors are made of precast reinforced concrete slabs. The floors are concrete, covered with linoleum and, in some areas, ceramic tile. The windows and interior doors are wooden; the entrance door is metal. Access to the premises is via a separate entrance or an additional (emergency) exit.

Utilities: electricity, centralised heating, water supply, sewerage, and gas supply.

The surrounding area is landscaped, and the access road is paved.

The property has not been in use for over 10 years.

Auction format: auction with a reduced starting price.

Starting price: UAH 1,765,700.00 (net of VAT).

VAT is accrued on the final amount.
