UGB (Ukrgasbank) and PJSC “Ukrnafta” have signed a Master Loan Agreement for a total of UAH 4 billion to implement the company's investment program, which includes, among other things, increasing oil and gas production and implementing cogeneration projects.
It is about drilling new wells, as well as building and commissioning modern gas-piston units.
“As a state-owned bank, we are doing our best to help the country. That is why we support the company, which is working to increase production and develop new decentralized capacities. This will allow strengthening the Ukrainian energy system after losses due to enemy attacks,” said Rodion Morozov, Acting Chairman of the Board of Ukrgasbank.
“The funds raised will be used to finance drilling and production stimulation programs and the construction of modern gas-piston stations. I am grateful to our reliable partner Ukrgasbank for their support and trust”, emphasized Sergii Koretskyi, CEO at UKRNAFTA.
Cooperation between the two strategic partners will help stabilize and restore the energy system of Ukraine
