The next meeting of Ukrnafta’s Supervisory Board has been scheduled for July 14, 2016.



According to the meeting’s agenda, the Supervisory Board members will have to make a decision on calling an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company’s shareholders, where, among other issues, the start and the basic conditions of the financial rehabilitation plan of the company are to be approved by the shareholders.  



The previous meeting of the company’s Supervisory Board, scheduled for June 22, didn’t take place due to lack of quorum. Hence, it was impossible to call the General shareholders meeting initially scheduled for July 7, 2016, where the abovementioned decisions were to be made.
